Titan Chemical Transfer Solutions and Blue1 Energy Equipment Join Forces

Greenville, SC – Titan Chemical Transfer Solutions (“Titan CTS”) and Blue1 Energy Equipment (“Blue1”), today announced the merger of the two companies under the Blue1 name combining their industry leading expertise and experience and creating the most comprehensive line of storage and dispense equipment for diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) and fuel.

Titan CTS, Headquartered in Greenville, SC, is a leading supplier of DEF storage and dispensing solutions and components. Blue1, based in Buford, GA, is a supplier of fully integrated DEF and petroleum storage and dispense solutions. “We are very excited to merge with Blue1 Energy Equipment,” said Tom Nuckolls, President of Titan CTS. “Blue1 has built a market leading reputation based on high quality products and value-added customer service.” He continued, “Together we will offer the market an
unparalleled level of DEF equipment and solutions.”

The joined entity will continue operations at both facilities, with the Greenville location serving as the corporate headquarters. DEF systems and solutions will be marketed under the Blue1 brand, and Titan’s line of pumps and other components will continue under the Titan name. Mark Daniels, currently CEO of Titan CTS, will serve as CEO of the combined operation.

As the population of vehicles and machinery equipped with SCR technology continues to grow, Blue1 Energy Equipment will build on the previous successes of the two companies by continuing to lead the market with innovative solutions to meet changing customer needs throughout the US and Canada.
